About the Role As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading nursing teams, ensuring thorough resident assessments, and maintaining personalised care plans. You will oversee compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing resident wellbeing and service quality. You'll work alongside an experienced clinical and quality team, supported by wider organisational resources, to foster a positive and supportive care environment.
